I. Love. This. Printer. The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is that it's not for beginners. There are next to zero instructions that come with it, and with less aftermarket support than other similar printers, you need some know-how to get this going. Once it starts up though, this printer is fabulous. It is insanely quiet, feeds nicely, and the UI is straightforward. Most importantly, the prints turn out near flawless even with the speed and layer height turned up and the supports down low. I will definitely be buying another asap.

I found comments online warning me that this one is not for beginners, and being a technically gifted beginner, I ignored them. It is not for beginners. There are no instructions, The extruder gear was installed upside down, the heat plate was not flat, and the default settings on the printer, and most slicers, will not work. However, there is an excellent Facebook group for these that helped me to get it working. A Lowe's 12x12 mirror tile fixed the heat plate problem for PLA filament. I cannot get the heat plate hot enough for ABS yet, but I have an upgrade on the way. It froze halfway through my first print, but I was able to restart it and continue the print. This took me a weekend of setup and test prints to get it to where I like it. Having said all of that, I do like it now. It is very quiet and produces nice prints. It has a cheap price and the balance to that is you will have to do some tinkering to get it to work. I would buy another now that I know how to make it work.

I have ben extremely pleased with the performance of this printer. After assembly and tightening all of the fasteners, it worked great. It is much quieter than all of my other printers. i would highly recommend this printer.
