All of our ASA-GF filament is made in the USA at our facility in Houston, Texas.
Our made-in-the-USA ASA filament features ±0.02mm tolerance and improved winding.

Our Printing Tips:
1. A hardened nozzle is required. 0.4 mm is the minimal nozzle size, but we suggest a 0.6mm nozzle.
2. In general, a generic ASA or ASA-GF profile is a good starting point. We suggest starting with a 95 °C bed and 260 °C nozzle temperature.
3. It's very important to have completely dried ASA, even if it is fresh out of the bag. It's suggested to dry with a filament dryer.
4. If there is clogging due to heat creep, try lowering the chamber temperature or even printing with the door partially open.
