If you order a 250mm custom length rail then you will receive one 250mm rail with smooth ends.
If you need multiple rails in a custom length then you must order two custom lengths. For example if you need two 250mm rails then each of them will require a custom length purchase.
1.Select the custom length of your choice
(<500mm or <1000mm).
2.Then select the number of carriages.
3.Specify your custom length in the Customer Note section.
4.Select the quantity needed using the up or down arrows.
Due to saw limitations and the hole spacing on a MGN rail, ZYLtech will determine which length rail to use for the custom length specified. There will be no “cut off” pieces from custom lengths.
Genuine ZYLtech MGN9 linear and MGN9H long carriage block are both real grade C with the following details:
- Precision grade C grounded and polished
- Interchangeable bearing blocks/slider carriage for versatile configuration
- Dimensional tolerance of height H and width N: +/- 40microns
- Maximum travel distance error: +/- 17 microns per 300mm and +/- 23 per 1000mm
