ASA Matte 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm 1kg 2.2 lbs

If you have an ABS capable printer, this stuff is great. You cannot beat it on price and it prints flawless in over 55c chambers.

VERY DISSAPONTED! (Bambu H2D, 0.4 Standard Hardened Nozzle, 260C extruder, 100C bed, 65C chamber) I ordered 3 1Kg rolls of white ASA, and 3 1Kg rolls of black ASA. I have only used the black so far and after printing 50G of a 250g snap-lock-box project my nozzle clogged. I replaced the nozzle and it printed the project just fine, there was some slight warping to the lid. Upon attempting to print another box the new nozzle clogged after printing ~25g. I then has to spend the next 2hr repeatedly (5x) trimming the filament, cleaning the nozzle, and adjusting extruder temp settings (up to 280C at one point), and this filament completely refused to print anymore. I was forced to switch to a different brand ASA and a 3rd nozzle. Also while I was re-feeding this filament by hand the filament easily and clenly snaped in half indicating a structural flaw in the filament from the manufacturing process. (Requesting a full refund)

I made a custom gear shift handle. It printed great, and I'm confident it will hold up to the heat and sunlight inside a vehicle.

This is my primary go-to filament. I have printed using the matte black, grey, red, and (eggshell) white ASA. All prints are nice and smooth using my K1 and Voron printers. Shipping is also quick to Cali - they usually quote 4-5 days, but it's here in 3 or less (USPS).
