2040 V-Groove Extrusion Pre-cut lengths 300mm-2000mm

My stock aluminum extrusion of the frame on my Elegoo Neptune 3 was not square and was causing my parts to come out crooked. So I decided to order some aluminum extrusion from ZYLtech and after a little bit of tapping and assembly my printer is working amazing. The 3D printed parts now fit together great and I couldn't ask for anything better. I wanna seriously thank the folks at ZYLtech for selling quality affordable filaments and parts like these aluminum extrusions. My hopes were pretty low about fixing the problem I had and now I've been pleasantly surprised.

I like this for many projects. This is great for extending the size of machines and building enclosures. I like that I can get the longer lengths and cut what I need.

My order wasn't very complex, so there is only so much I can say. I ordered a 500mm extrusion cut down to 420mm for a modication to my printer. The custom cut service has a stated tolerance of +/-1mm and +/-1 degree- the extrusion was well within that tolerance, but not precisely accurate. I measured 420.3mm, perfectly square cut on one end, and negligably off square on the other. More than acceptable and will work well for it's purpose. Other factors that contributed to my satisfaction with the order were that it is a US based company, I recieved a product tailored to my spec within a week of ordering, and that I didn't have to pester Zyltec about the status of my order. All of these factors exceeded my expectations which have been formed by my experience ordering from a variety vendors outside of the US. I was beyond pleased with the experience with Zyltech and they absolutely will be my preference should I need any service or product that they offer.
