Great alternative to typical ABS filaments

Posted by Yun H. Jang on May 22nd 2019

I need ABS filaments for high temperature application, but typical ABS has some bad smells and its warping is terrible. When I print a large and flat structure, it always warps. So I decided to try this filament and this one actually does not smell at all. I feel like small emission of ABS, but it's almost nothing compared to typical filaments. I have not done a test with final applications, but I feel it will work too. Zyltech says its temperature endurance might be 10-15deg lower than typical ABS, so will see how it goes.

FYI, if you have adhesion issues, I tried typical ABS slurry with Acetone, and it works good. I print at 250 deg / 65 deg for extruder / bed, respectively.
