Disclosure - ABS is a more temperamental material to print with versus PLA. We suggest ABS filament for our more experienced 3D printing customers. We also suggest that ABS be printed in an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated environment due to the toxic fumes produced by printing ABS.

All colors for illustrative purposes only. Remember, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for unopened filament - if you are unhappy with the shade of your filament, please contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement.

All of our 3D printing filaments are backed by our 30 Day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Great alternative to typical ABS filaments

Posted by Yun H. Jang on May 22nd 2019

I need ABS filaments for high temperature application, but typical ABS has some bad smells and its warping is terrible. When I print a large and flat structure, it always warps. So I decided to try this filament and this one actually does not smell at all. I feel like small emission of ABS, but it's almost nothing compared to typical filaments. I have not done a test with final applications, but I feel it will work too. Zyltech says its temperature endurance might be 10-15deg lower than typical ABS, so will see how it goes.

FYI, if you have adhesion issues, I tried typical ABS slurry with Acetone, and it works good. I print at 250 deg / 65 deg for extruder / bed, respectively.
