Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Orders placed on our website will generally be processed within 2 business days. Complex, custom, or special orders are subject to significantly greater processing times and we will do our best to communicate ETAs in a timely manner.
- We provide tracking numbers and carrier information for every shipment that leaves our facilities via an automated email to the email address used to place the order. Please be aware that events outside of our control, such as weather, negligence by the shipping carriers, transit errors, etc., can cause orders to be delayed. Refer to your tracking number and the applicable carrier for more information.
- Occasionally we understand that orders need to be changed after being placed. Please be aware of the following:
- Once orders have been pulled by our shipping team (typically next business morning), no changes can be made.
- In the event that we notice a potential issue with your order (incompatible parts, out of stock items, etc.) we will immediately attempt to contact you via the telephone number and email address you provided on your order. Our goal is to never make changes to your order without your consent.
- If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of our initial attempted contact, we will ship the order as ordered with no changes.
- In the event that we are out of stock of an item and we've not received a response from you within 48 hours of our initial attempted contact, we will cancel the entire order.
Special Information for International Customers (Non-US Based)
Please note that ZYLtech Engineering, LLC is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees incurred for shipping internationally. We strongly recommend that you contact your local governing authorities to gain an understanding of the potential financial ramifications of importing our products. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any return, refund, or replacement requests or questions.
- Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or equivalent replacement. In some cases, as determined by us, it may be necessary to collect a 10-20% restocking fee, depending upon the item. (Instances that may require the restocking fee to be collected include, but are not limited to, returning discontinued/out of stock items and returning items from a custom/special order.)
- Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. We may request details of the technical issue and will attempt to troubleshoot with you prior to accepting a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason whatsoever, however a refusal on your part to troubleshoot the problem would be the most likely reason for us to refuse a return or refund.
- We will only pay shipping charges on returns that are due to our error or a defective product. For your convenience, we reserve the right to provide you a refund or store credit without requiring that the item be returned.
- Refunds will be made promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. While not required, you can help speed up the process by providing us with the tracking number of your return shipment. Refunds will be via the same method as the initial purchase. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit in lieu of a cash refund (often in excess of the cash refund).
