Silver PLA filament

This is the original light colored silver filament we carried before.

Disclosure - Silver is a more temperamental color to print versus other colors, regardless of the manufacturer (due to the pigments required for the color.) We suggest Silver PLA filament for our more experienced 3D printing customers. We also suggest that you use a nozzle >0.3mm and expect to spend some extra time dialing in the settings for Silver PLA.

All colors for illustrative purposes only. Remember, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for unopened filament - if you are unhappy with the shade of your filament, please contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement.

All of our 3D printing filaments are backed by our 30 Day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Wife just brought my order back to Panama with her. Had to try it out. Love the color and quality of this filament. Prints fantastic. I will be sending more orders in soon!

    Great filament

This is a great filament for the price- And I'd still consider it a good filament if it were more expensive! Prints just as nicely as just about any other I've used.

    I love this Silver

Posted by Steve Cardwell on Mar 24th 2019

I found this remarkable easy to print and I am truly a novice at 3d printing. I brought my nozzle temp up to around 213°C where I normally run around 207. It printed perfectly on 4 rather large prints. Very happy with this purchase.
I would like to know if there is any way to patina or oxidize this material. Not sure if there is any real metal in here that would oxidize.
